Who uses it. Anandre Backup is a private tool used only by its owner, Anandre, for his own files.
What it accesses. With the owner's permission it uses Google Drive's "only files this app creates" access
(drive.file). It can only see and manage the backup files it created itself in the owner's own Google Drive.
It cannot see any other files in the Drive.
What happens to the data. The backup is encrypted on the owner's computer before it is uploaded, and stays in the owner's own Google Drive. Nothing is sold, shared, or sent to anyone else, and no data from Google is used for any other purpose.
Removing access. The owner can remove the app's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
